Go through the Graphical Gryphon Selector first. When you get to the last page, and the only option is to scrap and restart, THEN you click the Go button that is below. That will load your gryphon into the dress up program. Click and drag items onto the gryphon to dress them how you want. Drag the sillouet of each item onto the "stage" to use it. The item will be made out of the current color displayed. You can cycle through the colors by pressing ] or [ keys, and every time you click the color, it changes. You can not change the color of an already created item. There is a square around each item that you can only see when you mouse over the item. On three of the corners you will find the option (and the icon representing it) for deletion, size adjustment, and rotation. Click and drag to change the item.
