My art style changes over the years, days, and sometimes in the middle of a sketch. A couple things normally stay constant, such as my people having large hands. For some reason hands drawn by me can't be kept under control or in porportion. I also tend to be a fan of many hands, six being a nice round number I favor.
A majority of my pictures never make it onto the computer but with my recent purchace of a tablet I will hopefully be able to do more. An example of how my style shifts when only using a tablet, see below:

Interesting, perhaps, but my style is normally like that of this page's background. I almost always sketch with a wooden or mechanical pencil... no fancy lead or stuff for me. If I ink I'll normally just use whatever ballpoint I can get my hands on. I only color on the computer with Adobe Photoshop (right now I've got version 5.5 but I've worked 7 an long for it). I've tried drawing animation or simple pictures with Flash but the style doesn't mesh well with me. Most sad.
What I draw are mostly females. Since natural ears are so hard to draw just right they tend to be elfish. In my random sketches I draw a wide range, many not being fashion model beautiful but most the images I spend time on, yeah, they do tend to be idealized figures. I favor thick eyebrows and arched noses just because I feel that's what looks best. If I'm not careful the eyes tend to get too close together. I recomend always drawing the nose first (after you sketch the basic head of course). I'm left handed so a lot of faces tend to point to the left or straight ahead. Faces turned to the right or from behind are a bit challenging...
